Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver on project goals, solve challenges, and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives, translating them into actionable strategies

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products to existing clients

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services/products

  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients regarding project progress and performance

  • Help clients achieve their goals and resolve any challenges they may face

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications and activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to client needs

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus

  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to work
